Non-Personalised Items

You may return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Personalised & Bespoke Items

Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect due to our error

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please check spelling and details carefully before confirming personalised orders.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Return postage for faulty items will be covered by us.
