Yes. You can choose any wording you like, whether that's a family name, farm name, cottage name or a favourite phrase. The example shown is Bramley Cottage.
Will I see a preview before it is made?
Yes. After you place your order I will send you a layout showing the personalised details. Please check and confirm that everything is correct before the clock is produced.
What size is the wall clock?
The clock measures approximately 10 inches (25 cm) in diameter, making it a lovely feature for a kitchen wall.
What animals are included on the clock?
Each hour is marked by a different chicken breed. From Buff Orpingtons to Light Sussex. Even a jaunty cockerel marking 12 o'clock
Can I have a different name or wording from the example?
Absolutely. Your clock will be made especially for you, so simply provide your chosen wording when ordering.
Is the clock suitable for a farmhouse kitchen?
Yes. The traditional watercolour chickens and soft country colours make it particularly well suited to farmhouse kitchens, country homes, utility rooms, boot rooms and garden rooms.
Are the chickens your own artwork?
Yes. The chickens and cockerel are my original watercolour illustrations, hand painted by me. They are not stock images or generic clip art.
What is the clock made from?
The clock face is printed onto a 30cm MDF board with a glossy finish. It has a smooth, bright surface which is easy to wipe clean.
Can I request a particular breed of animal?
In many cases, yes. Kate has illustrated a wide range of farm animal breeds, including different cattle, sheep, pigs and horses. If you have a favourite breed or one that belongs to your family farm, she may be able to include it in the design.
Just include the breed in your order notes, and it can often be incorporated into the layout before production.
