Bespoke Watercolour Pet Portrait

A hand-painted watercolour portrait of your much-loved pet, individually created by artist Kate Garrett in her Devon studio.

Working from your photographs, I paint an original portrait that captures your pet’s distinctive markings, colouring and character. Dogs, cats, ponies, horses and other much-loved animals are all welcome.

Each portrait is painted by hand in traditional watercolour and ink, making it a personal and lasting piece of original artwork rather than a printed image.

A bespoke pet portrait makes a thoughtful gift for an animal lover, a special birthday present or a treasured memorial to a beloved companion.

How to order

Please provide clear photographs of your pet, along with any details you would particularly like me to capture. Natural light and photographs taken at your pet’s eye level are especially helpful.

You can also let me know your preferred colours and whether you would like your pet’s name or a date included.

Each portrait is individually painted to order, with care taken to create a faithful and characterful likeness.

Hand-painted in my Devon studio, your portrait will be a unique keepsake to treasure for years to come.
