Coronavirus information

While the world is in such strange times, I am having to slightly adapt the way I deliver my orders.  I am very much still posting orders as long as Royal Mail continue their delivery service.



  • Special Delivery, tracked or insured services: Although you can still choose to have your orders shipped this way, they can no longer be guaranteed as ‘next day’ delivery at the moment. I am limiting my visits to the Post Office to once EVERY 2 WEEKS at the moment so please be aware of this when considering this option. The Royal Mail have said that they are no longer guaranteeing delivery by 1pm the next day, and will not take a signature on delivery, but they are prioritising Special Delivery items as best as they can.


  • For larger orders, and for overseas orders, I will be making one trip every week to the closest open post office to post them for you (as long as this is possible), or where appropriate, will use a courier collection facility.  I appreciate this might mean a delay for you in receiving your order, but I’m sure under the circumstances you will understand. The Government are currently actively encouraging online shopping, and the delivery of goods as it helps to keep the economy afloat.


  • RECEIVING YOUR ORDER: Please be aware, especially for customers ordering outside the UK, your postal delivery services may be adopting safety measures which mean restricted delivery services in your country.  Please note that first class post in the UK may also take an extra few days to arrive at the moment due to the lower staff levels currently at work due to self isolation and illness.


I would like to add how grateful I am to you for choosing to support me and my business at the moment. I am taking it one day at a time, following guidelines responsibly, and I am hoping to continue to make and sell my work as long as it’s possible to do so. Your patience and understanding is really appreciated, and I will of course keep you updated with any changes as they arise.
