Are the name pictures original paintings or prints?
Each name picture is hand painted to order using watercolour paints on thick watercolour paper. Each one is totally unique.
Can I add a personal message to a name art painting?
If you would like a message such as a date of birth or Christening date, Kate can add it below the name in fine pen or watercolour paint.
Can I have my picture gift wrapped?
Kate can gift wrap your picture and add a personal message on a small hand painted gift tag for a small extra charge. The pictures are wrapped in pale green Kraft wrap, tied with natural raffia, with some pink for girls and blue for boys.
How are the paintings supplied?
Unframed name pictures are placed in a cellophane bag between sheets of double walled card. These are posted in a large Jiffy bag. Framed pictures are packed in bubble wrap and posted in a made to measure double walled box.
Can I choose different colours for my paintings?
I can do any design in any colour. Just let me know what you would like!
Can I rush an order if I need it more quickly?
If you need your order more quickly than the usual delivery time of 3-4 weeks please phone or email and I will see if I can fit you in.
Can I choose different sizes for my paintings?
I can do unframed pictures any size, but the frames that I get are in the sizes in my shop only.
Can I return a painting if I change my mind?
All pictures are sent as an email for customers to check before posting. If for any reason you do not like what I have done, I will paint a replacement, however, as they are painted to order, I cannot offer a refund unless the picture is damaged or lost in the post.
