Delivery Questions . . .
How long will it take for my picture to be ready?
Name paintings will normally be despatched 2-3 weeks from receipt of your order.
How much will it cost for delivery?
UK delivery is free. If your order is urgent, you may decide to pay for next day delivery (from completion of the picture!). This is according to weight and is calculated during checkout.
How will my order be sent?
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery (or Standard Parcels for the larger framed pictures). Urgent parcels are send by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier and require a signature on receipt.
Can paintings be delivered outside the UK?
Pictures can be delivered worldwide. Unframed pictures are posted rolled in a tube to avoid damage. Unfortunately the larger framed pictures are too big to post by Airmail.
Can I return it if I am not happy?
I endeavour to get everything to you in good condition but sometimes things get damaged or go missing, in which case I will try and rectify things as quickly as possible.
If your order arrives damaged in transit please contact me within 3 days to let me know and I will replace it free of charge. Please keep all packaging in case we need to pursue a claim with the carrier.
I regret that I are not able to offer refunds on name paintings that have been supplied correctly as they have made specially for you.
